For the preparation and execution of the Austrian Fashion Awards 2025, we are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team full-time from September to the end of November.

Location: Vienna

Responsibilities:

– Support in the organization and production of the Austrian Fashion Awards
– Assistance with castings, coordination, and scheduling
– General organizational tasks related to event preparation and execution

Requirements:

– Experience in production, casting or similar for high scale events
– In-depth knowledge of the local fashion scene, contacts within the industry are a plus
– Structured, independent work style
– Strong organizational skills and ability to work in a team
– Resilience, flexibility, and a hands-on mentality
– A proactive attitude and motivation to get involved
