About Pepijn van Eeden

Pepijn van Eeden is a Dutch entrepreneur and consultant in the fashion and luxury industry. After earning his master’s degree in philosophy and history at the University of Amsterdam, he initially worked at the European Parliament in Brussels before taking on a teaching position at the Université libre de Bruxelles.

In 2017, he shifted his focus to the fashion industry and co-founded the eponymous fashion label Marine Serre, which he led as CEO to remarkable growth. Under his leadership, the company evolved from a startup into an established brand, reaching a turnover of over 10 million euros by 2020. After leaving the company, he founded his own consulting firm, Van Eeden Buro, specializing in supporting emerging fashion labels.

In the following years, Pepijn van Eeden took on leadership roles at Ludovic de Saint Sernin (2022) and Carven (2023). In early 2024, he co-founded the company Altered States with Violette Stehli, managing and developing the jewelry brand of the same name.

Alongside his entrepreneurial work, van Eeden conducts seminars and workshops on entrepreneurship and brand development in the fashion industry.
